Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by UY Research (“we”, “us”). By accepting a quote you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide research guidance, academic editing, data analysis, publication support and similarity checking. The exact scope, price and delivery date of each project are set out in a written quote.

2. Academic integrity

Our services are for guidance, learning and editing. You remain the author of your work and are responsible for complying with the rules of your institution. We may decline or stop any project that would breach our Academic Integrity policy.

3. Quotes and payment

Quotes are free and valid for 14 days. Payment is made by bank transfer in USD, GBP or EUR as stated in the quote. Any bank or transfer fees are paid by the client. Work begins once payment, or the agreed first instalment, has been received.

4. Your materials and deadlines

You agree to provide accurate information and the materials we need on time. If materials arrive late or the scope changes, the delivery date may change and additional work will be quoted separately.

5. Revisions

Revisions within the agreed scope are included as stated in your quote. Requests outside that scope are treated as new work.

6. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel before work begins, we refund your payment in full. If you cancel after work has started, we refund the value of the work not yet completed. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we refund the unfinished part in full.

7. No guarantees of outcome

Grades are decided by examiners and publication decisions by journal editors. We do not guarantee any particular grade, approval or acceptance.

8. Confidentiality and ownership

We keep your materials and identity confidential. Once paid in full, you may use all deliverables we create for your project.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
