Confirm and pay
Accept the quote and pay by bank transfer in USD, GBP or EUR. Work starts as soon as payment is confirmed.

Get your work, with revisions
You receive the agreed deliverables with clear explanations. Questions and revisions within the agreed scope are included.

Clear pricing
We do not use a fixed price list, because no two research projects are the same. Instead, you receive one written quote with the price, the exact scope and the delivery date before any work begins. There are no hidden charges.
Payment
We accept bank transfer in USD, GBP or EUR. Bank details are sent by email with your accepted quote. Larger projects can be split into stages, each quoted and paid separately.
Revisions and questions
Questions and revisions within the agreed scope are included. If you later need something outside the original scope, we will quote for it separately before doing it.
Confidentiality
Your files and personal details are used only for your project and are never shared outside the team working on it.
